3. Quotes, Orders & Availability

• All quotes are provided in good faith and are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.

• Equipment availability is subject to prior hire commitments and confirmation at the time of booking.

• An order is only confirmed once we have agreed it in writing (including email) and, where applicable, received payment or a deposit.

4. Hire Equipment

Where equipment is hired:

• All hired items remain the property of Stage Circuit at all times.

• The hirer is responsible for the equipment from collection/delivery until its safe return.

• Equipment must be used for its intended purpose and handled by competent persons.

• The hirer is liable for loss, theft, or damage (beyond reasonable wear and tear).

• Late returns may incur additional charges.

We reserve the right to refuse hire if we believe equipment may be used unsafely or inappropriately.

5. Sales & Custom Work

For equipment sold or custom-built:

• Specifications, designs, and pricing will be agreed in advance.

• Custom-built items may be non-refundable once work has begun.

• Minor variations in appearance or construction may occur due to the nature of bespoke work.

Ownership of sold goods transfers upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Payments

• All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

• Payment terms will be agreed per project and may include deposits.

• Late payments may result in additional charges or delays to future work.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• Hire cancellations may be subject to charges depending on notice given.

• Refunds for unused hire periods are not guaranteed.

• Sales refunds are subject to statutory consumer rights where applicable.

Custom work is generally non-refundable once fabrication or assembly has started.

8. Liability

We take reasonable care to supply safe, well-maintained equipment and services. However:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of income or production delays.

• Our liability is limited to the value of the goods or services supplied, except where prohibited by law.

• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Health & Safety

Clients and users are responsible for ensuring:

• Equipment is installed and operated safely.

• Relevant risk assessments are carried out.

• All work complies with applicable health and safety regulations.

We reserve the right to withdraw services if we believe safety is compromised.

10. Promotions & Discounts

From time to time, we may offer promotions, discounts, or special pricing, including introductory offers, seasonal discounts, or project-specific reductions.

Unless stated otherwise:

• Promotions and discounts are time-limited and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.

• Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to confirmed or completed orders.

• Only one promotion or discount may be applied per order.

• Promotions are subject to availability and may exclude certain equipment, services, or custom work.

Discounts offered for specific projects, clients, or circumstances (including educational, fringe, or community work) are provided at our discretion and do not imply ongoing or future entitlement.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a promotion where misuse, error, or misrepresentation is suspected.
